The Parsi Succession Act:
Basically, a Parsi widow and her kids regardless of their gender and legal status gets equal share within the property of the intestate whereas father and mother get 1/2 the share of every kid. For example if someone dies living behind his father, mother, widow, son and girl than the property are going to be divided into eight equal elements and widow, son and girl are going to be entitle to own 2/8th of the share whereas father and mother are going to be entitled to own 1/8th of the share.

If the intestate leaves man however no widow or man of a lineal descendant, the widow or man shall take ½ of the property. If Associate in Nursing intestate leave behind a man and widow or man of any lineal descendent each of them shall receive 1/3rd of the property every and in absence of man the man of the lineal descendents shall receive 2/3rd of the property in equal share.
The residue once the higher than division shall be distributed within the following order:
- Father and mother.
- Brothers and sisters (other than brothers and sisters) and lineal descendants of such of them as shall have predeceased the intestate.
- Paternal and maternal grandparents.
- Kids of paternal and maternal grandparents are the lineal descendants.
- Paternal and maternal grandparents' folks.
- Paternal and maternal grandparents of their' parents' kids are the lineal descendants.
